Q) How long will it take before I start to see results?
A) Everyone is different! However, we have had customers tell us that they see results within a few days of trying our products.
Q) Do you use THC in your products?
A) No. There is no THC in any of our products.
Q) Do I need to refrigerate your cream?
A) Our creams do not require refrigeration, but should be kept in a cool, dry place, such as a cabinet. If the cream is left in the sun light, or an extremely warm area, you should refrigerate until the correct consistency returns.
Q) What percent of CBD is in your products?
A) The percentage of CBD in our creams depend on the product that your purchase. The total amount of CBD in each product is listed on the product's label.
Q) Do you add essential oils to your products?
A) Yes! We use a variety of essential oils in our cream. You can check the ingredients page to see what we include in all of our products, as well as allergy warnings.
Q) Can I use the cream on my arms and legs, or is it just a face cream?
A) You can absolutely use High Tide Cream on your arms, legs, hands and feet... It will nurture and moisturize all of your skin.
Q) Is your zinc product considered a sunscreen?
A) Our High Tide Cream with zinc oxide is an all natural product that will help protect your skin from some of the sun's dangerous rays.
Q) Can I send your products as a gift to someone?
A) Yes! If you intend to send this as a gift, just put a descriptive note in the comment area when you place your order.
Q) How do you ship?
A) We ship all orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We ship Monday through Thursday. High Tide Cream is temperature sensitive, so we do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays. Products shipped on those days may sit in a USPS facility over the weekend, possibly exposing the product to high temperatures for unnecessary extended periods
Q) How long will it take to receive my order?
A) Mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped--depending on your distance from Illinois.
